"Let me start by saying that I 'm not usually very big on Italian food; not because I don 't like it but because it usually is heavy and leaves me feeling bad having eaten too much. Cucina Moderna was an Italian food experience like no other. I ate here at the recommendation of my parents. We ate Fettuccine Bolognese, Chicken Parmesan, and Pasta Meatballs and everything was just divine! The noodles were soft yet firm and delicious, while the Sunday Gravy that came with the Bolognese was to die for. The Chicken Parm came with two giant cutlet pieces and the meat was soft and juicy m the meatballs were insanely flavorful and tasted like a grandma 's personal recipe. Our waitress was on top of our table 's every need and made our experience that much better. I can say with certainty that I will 100% not only be coming back, but will be making this a regular spot to dine."
