"Pub? This delightful spot on the Hill in Grosse Pointe Farms is so much more than a Pub . Casual? Okay, I 'll go along with that. It is Grosse Pointe after all. But that nomenclature suggests a sandwich/beer venue. Not even close. I recently returned from Martha 's Vineyard where I spent a week and a considerable amount of money sampling the best food preparation the island had to offer. I can say without hesitation the menu at Lucy 's Taverne On The Hill was more diverse, the presentation more original, the waitstaff every bit as accommodating, good wine list and more importantly, better food than all the high-end offerings of Martha 's Vineyard ... at half the price ... If I had to find a weak spot it would be the flatware which was about one notch above disposable. Other than that, there were NO negatives ... well done!"
