"This Pizza Hut has dramatically improved since the change in management!! The workers are much nicer and the store is kept a LOT cleaner than it was before. I noticed that there weren't foodstuffs on the floor as there has been at previous visits to this location. I also noticed that the employees all seemed to be healthy and substance-free. On previous trips, I have been assisted by employees that most definitely were using some kind of illicit drug... I went tonight to get some wings and some breadsticks, but there was an issue with the fryer, so the wings couldn't be prepared. The manager was very apologetic, and gave me a bit of a discount for my breadsticks! She then gave me a couple of coupons to use with a future order. This is the first time I have been to this location in about 6 months due to the horrible customer service and deplorable state of cleanliness I experienced on numerous previous visits.... However, now I will most definitely be returning to this location soon! I'm VERY glad that I can finally return to my local Pizza Hut!! Keep up the good work!!!"

"I ordered 3 large pizzas and the website said pick up would be ready about 25 minutes later. I call on my way there to set the order up for the contactless curb pick up. They ask me what car I drive, etc. I show up and park right in front of the door to the establishment. I call, then am placed on hold immediately for 5 minutes. Finally, someone picks up and I let them know that I am there for my order and I?m right out front. I was told someone would be right out. After sitting there for another 45 minutes, I finally decide to call back and am placed on hold. Again. Someone picks up and I remind them that I have been sitting for 45 minutes on someone to bring my pizzas out. Mind you I had my 2 year old asleep in the vehicle with me. They apologize and then another 5 minutes goes by. My pizza was finally brought out and the girl apologized. No one offered to make the mistake right or anything. This is not how a business should operate. Terrible service."

"The last two times I've ordered from this place I had to wait more than 20 minutes after arriving at the schedule pickup time for my order. "I have eaten hat experience - the way I had when I made a child the reading program. I guess the 80s and 90s nostalgia shows really came to me. So I dragged my wife and we were not disappointed! Our waitress was brilliant and was obviously proud of what she did and made us start perfect salads. The pizza cook looked like he was super passionate and took care of every job that went out. Our pizza came out like the menu photo and tasted brilliant. The restaurant was very clean and we had a great experience, the cups were the sweet 90's textured cups, it just hit all good points. I will definitely be back!"

"Having eaten at this pizza hut for more than a decade. The staff can be good or just bad. Have had a number of bad experiences over the years including one where our out of town guest was irate that we had not gotten to order yet people who came after us were sat near us and were served, ordered and had their food all delivered in the 30 mins we sat their waiting. This is not the first time nor the last time this happened. If you are not a local regulars do not expect to get good service.The labor pool is small and you get what you get here. Sometimes there are people who do a good job and there are people who do not. Even the lady who worked here for over 20 years did her job in a half half manner. Those new and young could careless.The food is okay and can be great depending on who does it. I have witnessed people pushing or pulling pizza early from the conveyor oven rather than letting them finish their cycle. I have had sloppy cut pizzas and horrible buffet experiences.Even with the change of ownership the staff who ran it were mostly the same. Its a Pizza hut and one can not blame pizza hut, yet those who run it.I do not mind Pizza hut's food. There are far better pizza options and they are are not in Yuma."

"The service at this restaurant was extremely rude from the moment I called in. I was initially told there would be a 25-minute wait, but ended up waiting for 55 minutes. When I asked for their exact location, I received a curt reply with just the name of the city. It was not surprising to me that even people at a nearby basketball game were unaware of the restaurant's existence in the town they had lived in for years. This was my experience with the business. The person who called me back to confirm my order should not allow the same lady to answer the phone again."
