"from Texas we enjoyed a culinary experience. we all had the same court ravioli with garnelen. it was interesting to observe the differences. my companions had a luxuriant cream sauce, while my was much thinner and almost watery, as the pasta was not completely dry. I doubt it was delicious, but I wish I had better preparation. the service was attentive while not overlaid. that was a good dinner."
