"The Redwood is a nice dining experience. Everyone enjoyed their food and our server was great. If there is one true negative to the Redwood, it 's their pricing. It 's a little bit overboard. $25 pasta dishes, $20 fish and chips (3 small pcs and a tiny basket of fries). They need to bring that issue under control. Our seat could have been better, as we were next to the walkway, and right next to the service station. The noise level was a little above normal but mostly due to several people and parties. Food came out hot and was delicious. (NY Strip, Shrimp Alfredo, Pot Roast Lasagna) We didn 't have fast service but we understood, it was a very busy night and our server had 2 separate LARGE celebration parties, so we had very acceptable service for the situation. 4 star with room for a 5"

"I discovered this restaurant at the hotel and was thrilled to find out that it stays open until 10 a.m. The pizza was quite good, and the paprika salad with salmon was excellent! I would say it's a great reason to choose this Hilton for your stay."

"Don’t trust this restaurant with to go orders. They send someone’s else order to me. it happened to us multiple times when you call they are hateful and try to blame the Uber driver when in fact they hand the food to the Uber driver and they refuse to make good on the original order and said “ what’s the problem” and tell you you have to cancel your order which well be waiting for over an hour and we have to reorder. The staff it’s incompetent and rude. They left us on hold for 30 minutes because the staff was afraid to put the manager on the phone. Warning if you order take out from them you have less than 50% chance of getting the food you actually order. And this restaurant won’t do anything to correct the problem. Very unethical business practice. We have never written a bad review about a restaurant ever, but we wanted to warn the public about how badly this restaurant is managed and how rude the staff is. Unfortunately the lowest we can rate is one star but they deserve a minus 5 starts."

"that was our second time at good spirits. the ambiente is lovely, casual and comes as they are, but also great for a date night or boozy brunch. the food is delish, great variety on the menu for all. Only the complaining service was missing from both times I went. had to hunt my server for water, and no one followed until 20 minutes after our eating. I like to go back, I think this is better with time and experience."

"The service was horrible. We had reservations and were seated quickly, but it took minutes to get our drinks, soup and salads took another minutes, entrees took minutes. The server knew we had tickets to a show at It was when we left the table. One person had the pork chop; which the menu stated came with mashed potatoes. They were missing. When we asked about them the servers explained that “they used to be included” but “not anymore”…The steak was dry, and not medium rare….and I had to ask for the baked potato. before tip for overpriced food and terrible service….never again!"

"Our service was outstanding. GIOVANNI was the best service I've ever had at this Olive Garden. He was just so on point with service. Our food came out excellent. What a great experience. "Spaghetti with tomato sauce was a bit dry; no sauce, just a lot of tomatoes. I really like the minestrone. However, the veggies needed to be a little smaller; my opinion. Bread sticks are my favorite. They seemed under done. The bar vibes were good, and Faith was really nice and gave great service. Thank you."

"On the way to Vallejo today 6/11/2024 to visit parents house! But had to stop by of course..our favorite Olive Garden Restaurant in Vallejo since we're from San Francisco which our Olive Garden closed! Happy to have our early dinner there today! : Everything went well!! We were greeted by our very pleasant hostess..Amber..she was smiling greeted us with her sincere smile: !! She seated us to the far left side in a big square table..perfect open area! We had the great pleasure of being served by Fatima! She was Awesome in her customer service plus engaged with us small conversations about the area and restaurants around Vallejo are closing! Very sad! : Hopefully..one day another Olive Garden will open up in San Francisco again! We love Olive Garden!! : We very much appreciate Fatima for being gracious..professional and friendly towards us! It made our evening and our meal worth coming and spending our hard earned money there! LOL! ; Seriously though..upon observing the other staff there..I could tell they like being there today and everyone that came by our table to either pour us more ice tea..loved that tea by the way.. Was very accommodating..helpful to us! We appreciate you All! Thank you! : Soo Sorry we didn't take pictures of our delicious food coz we were hungry but we got better pictures which you'll see later! Leftovers and our to go pasta we ordered! My Honeyboo got the Seafood Alfredo Fettuccine and we both got Chicken Gnocchi soup was yummy! I got the Eggplant Parmesan with spaghetti red sauce in the side! We both wanted the fantastic breadsticks with the three dipping sauces! It was All Good today and coming here to this establishment was All Worth it! Many thanks again to our Fabulous Server Fatima! "Had a birthday party here. Our server, Kayla informed us that we could have a free dessert or appetizer for the occasion. We were almost speechless, as we rarely hear about such a freebie. We chose the Calamari Appetizer and we are rewarded with delicious, delicate squid with just a very light herbal bread. Extremely fresh and accompanied by a large Aioli and Marinara. Kayla was very attentive, funny and knowledgeable. She did an excellent job! The Shrimp Scampi was a much lighter version with asparagus, tomatoes, plump perfectly cooked shrimp, some angel hair pasta and a light lemon garlic butter sauce. Very happy to have a lighter version of a classic on the menu. Our birthday guest chose the Grilled Chicken Margherita with tomatoes and Mozzarella. It was a bit on the Bland side. Could have been more exciting. Our guests loved their tour of Italy Entrees. The Fatuccine Alfredo was a little vaccinated on the sauce but otherwise tasty after a desire for more sauce. Was a pretty good meal made much better by a big waitress! Well done!"

"I last visited the O.G. five years ago and gave it four stars. My palate has changed in the pandemic and it 's no fault of anyone 's these things just happen. The food has not changed I just now find it average. This saddens me a little. I still enjoy the salad and bread sticks, but long time O.G. eats are faves here no more (spaghetti, rigatoni, and cheese ravioli). I like them better elsewhere now and/or from my own kitchen. I tried the breaded shrimp scampi fritta appetizer for the first time and that was an epic nope . The shrimp was fine but I found the scampi sauce lacking in taste. Basically, if relatives insist on giving me O.G. gift cards for holidays and birthdays, I will return again, but not otherwise, unfortunately. I DO give the curbside service 5 stars, however. This visit was my first time using the feature in general and I am now a fan!"

"Maybe I'm biased, but Olive Garden, as an experience, is spectacular. I was not expecting attentive service and generous servings. Though it was a busy night, we were able to be seated immediately in a dimly lit, and classy interior , the ambient Italian music playing in the background. Our server greeted us soon thereafter, and took our orders, being happy to offer recommendations and drinks. The food was delicious and fresh, and served in generous portions! Starting out with the soups, they are unlimited! And they come in abundance. Being able to choose how much parmesan is added to my soup adds a interactive component to my food experience. And the Chicken Margherita?? It's my new go to. I used to live by the Herb Grilled Salmon, but the chicken is so juicy and flavorful, it takes my new first pick!"

"I did take out here for my Wife I. We ordered online using gift cards. When we put card 's in it immediately went back to home screen without any indication of an order being placed so we had to call them. They took my name and order over the phone and told me to bring card into me. My ADVICE IS IF PAYING WITH GIFT CARDS JUST CALL YOUR ORDER IN. THAT LEFT A POOR IMPRESSION AS IVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH ANY OTHER RESTAURANT PAYING ONLINE WITH A GIFT CARD OR ANY OTHER OPTION!!! The soup was half cooked with vegetables still MORE THAN HALF RAW, the main entry tasted okay but nowhere near the sauce in it you 'd get when dining in. Same with both our meals. That combined with a long wait to get our food after arriving there when they said it would be ready. IF EATING HERE TRY EATING INSIDE DINING? MAYBE YOU 'LL GET A BETTER EXPERIENCE!!!NOT SURE IF WE 'LL RETURN TO EAT HERE AGAIN !!!"

"a few pints stopped, decided to eat while we were there. first I didn't know how big this place was.....it went on. it was very busy, we were asked if we had a reservation, we said no.....they were hung up and rrred and led us to a table, tons room in the back. service was prompt, I asked about the flight of pies but unfortunately they were outside, so I went with the steak and mushroom cake with maic, gravy and green beans. it was quickly served, piping hot and is one of the best cakes I had in Canada. highly recommended."

"we had a nice dinner with another couple on Thursday 19th May, with Christ as our waiter. we had the mush and the salate of the green goddess. the salat is large enough to share with two people. our friend had the sirloin steak as a revolver who was the special and it was excellent and perfectly cooked. I had the chicken stable that I had before and took half to the house, as it is a great part, and it was excellent. my man had the baby back ribs and that was great too. a friend dies and she had the BLT salad with grilled garnel on it. we all tried a few bites of butterscotch brownie with ice that was phenomenal! chris has made an excellent work to get us drinks, and the hostess and hostess at the front were also very welcoming. we've been here before, but it's been a year. we come back! many thanks for a wonderful meal!"
