"We were very disappointed at the service we received. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived. We were seated immediately and given menus and water. 20 min later, we still had not seen our server. We had to go ask for someone to help us. The waitress apologized, and took our drink and food order. The drinks were a little slow to arrive, but not too terribly long. The waitress was rarely seen after that, and when she did come within our vicinity, did not check in on us or see if we needed more drinks. We had to go to the bar to ask for a second round of drinks. After an hour, we still did not have food. We were told the kitchen was slammed,but the restaurant was not busy. Others that arrived after us had received their meals. After an hour and a half,we left, never having received dinner. We had tickets to a show that we had to get to. On a good note, the gentleman singing and playing the guitar was great."
