"My friends and I decided to visit during Winter Restaurant Week. For appetizers, I had the tomatoes bisque soup, which are full of taste and contain crumbs and a little cheese in top. My gut was Braised Lamb Shoulder w/whipped potatoes, roasted vegetables and lamb demi Glace. The lamb was good and tender with hardly any fat. The Veggies were good, but they would like more. To dessert, I had the flurless chocolate cake, and that was very good. All about good experience and want to return and try other items on the menu."

"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. They call it Nepalese, but it's just a fancy name for Indian food that I love. There are many excellent Indian restaurants here, but this is not one of them. Firstly, there were no other customers when we got there. Two parties came in after us and we dealt with them before we did. We have expressly told the waitress everything mild. When we ordered a birayani she forgot to tell us until we complained that it is always spicy. We started with an inedible lentil soup. It was cold and salty. We asked for hot tea and she said they had gone out that afternoon. Our chicken tikka was all sauce and very little chicken. We sent it back and told them to add more chicken. The shrimp dish was the same - all sauce and hardly any shrimp. The sauces over the rice were pleasant, but overpriced for how little you got. We enjoyed the starter of Mo MO and the Chana Masala. I love Mango Lassi, but they just poured it out of a 1 gallon container. It was probably pre-made in the supermarket. Don't go here when we have such a large and diverse Indian community with excellent restaurants across the region."

"My daughter and her friend went in and used kiosk to order 4 sip club orders (one each for them and mine and my husbands). There were no cups at the kiosk area so she had to ask the cashier. She was questioned about her sip club order and then she was not allowed the 4 cups that she requested. Only given hers. We pay a lot for 4 sip club subscriptions every month. "This place has always been good. Now with curbside pickup, drive thru, and rapid pickup it's even more convenient. Rapid pickup is ready in 10 minutes or less. I've found I like ordering the family meals and swapping out the sandwiches and salads for ones I like better using the customize option."

"Panera has never not been satisfying. One thing they do well is they are consistent (across States and regions). I absolutely love their bread bowls, but it would be nice if they experimented with new menu items from time to time. Otherwise, it's a great place to satisfy your hunger without feeling guilty afterward. This particular location is in one of my favorite shopping strips, but being in the end, the parking is leery unless you back in because Florida drivers love to speed around the corner."

"I just love their food pastries. Everything is always get. One of our favorites is the chipotle chicken bacon flatbread, so good! A definite must try. The pepperoni sausage flatbread is also very good. The Mac cheese sandwich is okay. The chicken soup is also very delicious. The orange scone is a must try as well, it's a good mix of sweet citrus."

"During my 2 weeks stay in State College, this place on North Atherton Street became my place for a quick lunch or dinner. I prefer her healthy soups and salads. You have a wide selection of sandwiches and baked goods that I did not try. Order is quick with the various terminals and food is quickly prepared. There are always enough seats. Of all the things I tried, my favorite was the Turkish chili dishes. Simple, hearty and delicious. For drinks, I usually prefer her Cafe Latte. What I found really nice is that they do not charge extra if you replace the normal milk with almond milk. A big thumb."

"Most amazing customer service by the store manager tonight (wish we had gotten her name)! They were all out of Mac cheese for the kid's meal. When she saw how sad my son got, she substituted the tortellini for no extra charge and even surprised us with some cookies as we were finishing our food. "OMG!! PLEASE CORP LISTEN… The so call MANAGER on duty JACKELINE . Gave me the most awful treatment as I went to pick up a cup of coffee around 9am today . Well for some reason she couldn’t find my account with my number which I repeated twice , Also I already had a staff trying and it was rude to me but anyway they couldn’t figure it out and she told me if you’re not buying it I’m not gonna give you free coffee that was horrible in front of a lot of people I was embarrassing. I call the customer care from the store while I was there and on the phone the the girl assisting me heard when she say get out of the store!! I couldn’t believe it neither could the girl on the phone. Finally customer care found my account and resolved my issue I am thankful that they not only gave me my coffee but also $10 gift certificate. That manager must be fired !! there is no way a person can work with public and act like that it was only a cup of coffee for the love of God"

"A great place to have a meal. For faster checkout, use the kiosk area to order. Food is great and tastes good. I do want to point out that not all of the associates wear masks or wear them correctly. You do want to pay attention to that, especially as now positive cases have risen in Newton. My Recommendations: Soups: Broccoli Cheddar, French Onion, Chicken Noodle Salad: Green Goddess (the pickled onions and avocado are a nice add to the mix as it just has a refreshing taste) Drinks: Iced Chai, really any smoothie but I go for mango, Passion Papaya Green Tea Bakery: Bear Claws (goes nice with a mug of warm milk), Lemon Drop Cookie, Brownie, Chocolate Croissant (goes nice with a mug of warm milk), etc. A few things have changed in the menu though which I am not happy about. The broccoli cheddar mac and cheese is okay, but I miss when they used to have tortellini pasta available like they did in the past. Lobster Roll Sandwich is priced fine and it does taste good, but for any lobster dishes at a Panera, you should always be on the lookout for shell pieces as they get their lobster meat from somewhere else."

"Have ordered natural burgers, parm grilled cheese, egg bacon breakfast sandwich, frits, fried zucchini and chocolate shakes. All items that are prepared to order and still hot (except the shake) after a 10 minute drive. Always enough sauces without asking. It can be a little more time to get your order, but the food quality is worth it. Try the natural burger (it is better quality beef) and the fried zucchini (you get a whole zucchini in an order). The staff is helpful and hard working I always see the manager pitching to help pick out orders. The food here is fresher than some of the nearby fast food restaurants. And it's worth a little more time and money. I've been visiting this site for over 3 years."

"Twice now this week I have ordered from this location and asked for no tomatoes because of an allergy to them. Says clear as day on the order and receipt, no tomatoes and still like magic, tomatoes wind up on the item. One was a sandwich and the other waspizza (asked for no tomato sauce). "when they plan to go out of business, they go ahead and tell their customers. last year the service and quality of my eating has gone downhill. how often do you have to say that their loudspeakers are broken in the drive-thru? then to do the manager as if he had never heard that they were broken. Give me a break and it's always a good thing to get the food they ordered to the suppe they ordered in the taste that they ordered it too badly they met or miss it. we will try another location, and if it proves to be the same, they have constantly lost a budget of customers."

"Stopped for lunch at about 2pm on a Friday. Not busy at all. I got the Pick 2: French onion soup and Green Goddess salad. It came with a large piece of crusty bread. The soup was piping hot and delicious. The salad was fresh and also delicious. Husband got the chicken sandwich and we both got the Strawberry Lemon Mint drinks. "I can always count on this restaurant to give me good food that is also good for you. The staff is very professional. They have their act together and I enjoy a combination of a sandwich and a salad. There is a lot to choose. Coffee is also very good. "Panera has been a disappointment recently. It seems like every time I go there they removed something from their menu, a few of my favorite item that I get on a normal basis was the chocolate chip muffins and spinach and artichoke soufflé they removed both. I went tonight to order the chicken Baja bowl and was told they discontinued that too. That was one of my most favorite! Definitely will be going less, unless I’m really craving their broccoli and cheddar soup!!"
