"I have been eating here since high school it is my FAVORITE, however tonight was a huge disappointment! I ordered a hoagie 1/2 mushroom sauce 1/2 Pizza Sauce and paid for extra sauce, checking the box to charge me for it and mentioning it in the Special Instructions in All CAPS twice. Well, didnt get it! The hoagie was only mushroom sauce and I know whomever made it realized the mistake after because they threw in a little container of pizza sauce!!!???!!! Instead of remaking it CORRECTLY! What was I going to do with that considering mushroom sauce was already on both halves. On top of that the hoagie meat was so dry around the whole circumference of the entire hoagie it was inedible. Lastly, it was Luke warm at VERY best, and not that it got cold on the way home...no, it was never heated sufficiently because underneath the shoe sole that was supposed to be hoagie meat the shredded cheese was intact, not melted at all! I realize it was nearing closing time, however ipaid just as much for my meal as everyone else, more in fact due to the price hike for door das h and the tip. I paid $17 for a hoagie that is in my garbage can and im still hungry. Guess Ill have PB&J....How Disappointing!!! SMH"
