"the first and second time I came to order was wrong. my articles were either gone, even though I was charged for them, or they were falsely excited, which led to higher fees. I contacted the customer service via the franchise owner. they apologised and offered me a voucher for free eating and sending a gift card. You can't go in. they have to get the running gear thru or a window where they bring them their order. there are only 1 signs outside, not in the view of the parking lot, that tells them that."

"Back in March we had ordered from here and it was delicious so we decided to try it again. Big mistake. When we got our 8 piece chicken with fries family deal home, I had one piece (nuked it for a minute) with fries and husband ate about 4 pieces. We bothdidn?t feel well after eating. About 1230 he awoke to stomach pains, low and behold he was violently sick for 5 hours straight. Somehow I dodged it. I wished I took a picture of the food. Never will we return. Very unsanitary place. Check your food."

"I had a $4.99 credit for a two-piece chicken combo and was charged $8.85. I asked for two breast pieces but received a breast and wing instead, with no honey or hot sauce. I was on my 30-minute break and had to go back to the window to get a refund due to the rushed service. "Ordered root beer. I have Dr. Pepper. Drinks had no ice in them. I asked for ice cream. They looked at me like I had two heads. 4 pieces and offers. No BBQ sauce. No ketchup. The guy who picked up his food earlier came to the window because he didn't get his Mac and his cheese. He didn't get a Mac and cheese. was calculated for red beans. Didn't get them either. We were on the window and he came between my car and the window. The workers told him to come into the window. While I was on the window. I know the work is hard to come. Could close the store, too. You don't get what you pay for anyway. I hate seeing it. Popeyes used to be so good."

"The cashier had been distracted by a man who was causing trouble earlier, and the older man who seemed to be in charge did nothing to help the situation. Instead, he scolded the cashier for allowing a customer to grab a cup from the stack near the register. It was clear that the staff lacked proper training and professionalism. Both my mother and I received wrong sandwich orders, but we didn't say anything because we didn't want to cause any more trouble for the young cashier. It's a shame because he was really sweet and friendly, but he was clearly not being taught properly by the three adults in charge. These three need to be either retrained or let go, as they showed a lack of respect and competence in handling customer service. It's clear that they are not fit to be working in a customer-facing role."

"I live in New Bedford and don't usually frequent Burger King, but I have to say, this particular location is really impressive! I placed a mobile order for breakfast at around 10:03, but didn't arrive until 11, long after breakfast hours were over. Despite that, the staff still assisted me and even gave me extra food, especially hash browns. The employees here are fantastic, and I highly recommend this place. Remember to treat these essential workers with respect."
