"So my husband and I placed an order on the App this morning for 6 sausage biscuits and Hashbrowns. We paid the order in full. Once my husband arrived they tell him the payment didn't go through. So, he tried 3 different cards and they tell him all cards are declined. Now my husband had just used one of the cards at Walmart before arriving to get the food. I guests either him or the Manager suggested he just pay cash so he did.Now he calls me and tells me something is wrong with the cards they are not working.II checked the balance on all cards and they were more than enough money to cover the food. Secondly, I saw the charges for the App pulled from our bank account. He tells the manager this information and she tells him just to disputes the charge instead of retung our money. I think they are taking the cash for themselves."

"The lobby could use a more attentive and mysterious ambiance. The fries were scattered on the racks, there was some grime on the tables, and the drink station desperately needed cleaning. Their new kiosk setup went well, but we were instructed to take a card and place our orders at the table, yet our food arrived completely cold. It seemed they weren't focused on marketing or customer service. Additionally, a young child was playing in a game area that was unsuitable for her age, indicating a lack of supervision. Overall, the management seemed to be missing the point of the experience, and it felt like they were trying to emulate McDonald's but missed the mark."

"I worked in this business and then we couldn't be rude to customers. I came one day and they got my whole order wrong I came home and realized that I had a McKinley Mac instead of a ten peach flour and a cheeseburger instead of a fish fillet and cold poms and a Hi-C instead of a carmelb. How do you screw this up? I was told to come back. No one has written down my name so that it can be fixed at a later time. When I mentioned it today, she had to have a bad attitude. You're not in the book so I can't do anything. It's funny that this lady is the same person I talked about putting my name in the regeneration book. She's probably the one she's NOT doing."

"This has been the worst experience she is the manager was so loud and unrespectful. It was so embarrassing for me and my family. She was so rude and loud to her employees I don't know how they work for her. Such an embarrassing experience. Not everyone is used to the loud people."

"We live in North Pole and it is nice to have a McDs locally. We stop by every now and then, but to be honest they always get something within the order wrong. This last time (last week) to our surprise everything went smooth and the order was correct this I why I am giving them 4 stars. I see improvement and that matters. The staff is always friendly, but it helps to receive a complete (and correct) order."

"A clean large mc-donalds with a children's playground. I like it opens its doors earlier than others in the area. The staff where there are no problems. Food was in good time. Has parking outside for customers and toilets, but you need a code sad. The drinks are refilled what I like."

"I'm currently waiting for my order. We had ordered their new item on the menu, the Land, Air, and Sea Burger, as well as the Crispy Double. However, we were charged for three different burgers, which indicated that it related to the new "burger hack" concept. As a result, we decided to cancel the Land, Air, and Sea Burger, since it was priced at $12. When we asked the staff how the burger hack works, they seemed unsure. We inquired whether it was straightforward and if these burgers were actually on their menu, and they confirmed that they indeed knew about it. So, we took a look at the Crispy Double instead, but honestly, it didn't impress. It’s not even a properly assembled burger; it just felt thrown together. I'm frustrated! They really need to train their employees better."

"It 's McDonalds. Honestly it 's the first I 've been to one in maybe a year and a half. First in Alaska. I only ordered 2 coffees. Had to say Hello, hello, anyone there? 3 times. Did I slide too far out from their notification sensor due the ice build up? They had to of seen me, 2 other cars just slid thru... Ok, just a delay. "The women working at this McDonald's were amazing! All three greeted me with smiles. The first woman and I chatted about a great song playing on the radio. The second woman mentioned she was a big coffee drinker and made the perfect cup for me. The third woman was also very kind. It was a fantastic way to start my Friday at 9 am! Kudos to the employees here, especially compared to the lazy staff at the Sanford McDonald's in Maine. Keep up the excellent customer service, ladies!"
