"The service at this McDonald's is always friendly, with staff members who have a smile on their faces. The food is served hot and the restaurant is kept clean. Many of the same customers can be seen there daily, creating a good atmosphere. I visit this McDonald's 3-4 times a week for brunch. The price per person ranges from $1 to $10. I highly recommend dishes such as Chicken McNuggets, Sausage Biscuit with Egg, Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, Egg McMuffin, French Fries, McCafé Vanilla Shake, Big Mac, Sausage Egg Cheese McGriddles, McDonald's Big Breakfast, McRib, Hamburger, Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Cheeseburger, and McRib. There is plenty of parking available in the free parking lot."

"I went to this McDonald?s today August 3, 2021, I will not blame the customer service on all the employees but, the server she was horrible. I got in my car something told me to check on my order. When I looked in the bag they only gave me one burrito. It?s supposed to be 2, that?s what I ordered. So when I came back (I forgot to mention that the parking over there is horrible) the short hispanic server gave me the burrito with no problem. When I took a bite of the burrito it didn?t have the green red peppers on it?!?! When opened and touched the second burrito was cold as you can see from the picture the cheese was like plastic they make there burritos very different than the other McDonald?s burritos that I ate. They need re training in food preparation. It?s not the first time that I dealt with this Spanish manager, she?s a very nasty, nasty individual that?s the manager?!??They treat black people very nasty. I hope the McDonald?s corporation sees this. I ended up throwing away the two burritos I tore it in pieces. The first one was disgusting period!! I didn?t eat the second one."

"I worked in this business and then we couldn't be rude to customers. I came one day and they got my whole order wrong I came home and realized that I had a McKinley Mac instead of a ten peach flour and a cheeseburger instead of a fish fillet and cold poms and a Hi-C instead of a carmelb. How do you screw this up? I was told to come back. No one has written down my name so that it can be fixed at a later time. When I mentioned it today, she had to have a bad attitude. You're not in the book so I can't do anything. It's funny that this lady is the same person I talked about putting my name in the regeneration book. She's probably the one she's NOT doing."

"This is my favorite McDonalds in Fairbanks. It used to be the one on Airport, but this one is so much better. Their fries always come out the best; perfect temperature and the right amount of salt. I haven't had a bad experience here, only when they get busy they tend to get a little mixed up with the orders. But hey, this job isn't easy and it can be really overwhelming."

"I'm just waiting for my order. We ordered her new in the menu Land Air and Sea Burger and Crunchy Double. We were calculated for three different burgers, which shows that it corresponds to the new Burger Hack. So we canceled the Land Air and Sea Burger because it was 12 dollars for a Land Air and Sea Burger. When we asked the worker how it works. You know. So we asked... Is it simple and not idea and actually sell burgers? You know. Who called those Burger Hacks? So we figured out the crispy double down. You almost managed to leave it to you. It's not even a burger they have together. I can't! They need to train their employees."

"I went through the drive through after work for late night food and tried to keep things light with some simple jokes and was told I was ‘screaming’ racial slurs and said I was slandering him but I wasn’t and just wanted food and a laugh. He refused to serve me and gave me dirty looks as I drove through. Highly recommend getting new staff….."

"this experience deserves negative stars. so if a person goes thru the drive thru. they order eating at kiosk then the workers begin ordering before the customer is in the window to pay for this order. then the customer pays for order and then receives order. or? So what is the difference when a customer orders himself in a kiosk, then waits for the payment in register? the order is already placed so it should have been in production. regardless of the payment at kiosk or register. so do not understand why my order was denied even tho it was set in 10 minutes before the breakfast end. I was long enough on the counter to hear how manager mentioned the switch for lunch. but my order had to be done in the past. $24 worth the food being wasted unless the hired ate it, doesn't make a good sense of business. I will not use this place anymore. biscuitville is a good alternative, as mcdonalds coworkers have the feeling that they know the best for this company. there are a few managers at this place that are great, but the dame today should realize what she does and how it affects this company. with other words they find another job. Today I tried to take over an early piece order that was at least $24 and was denied because of a worker there feeling. if you don't like me when you were in a register as you ignored me, but thought you were hurried, not to me, it's your job. you should have stayed home today. this evaluation is only for the lady who decided that she wanted to do what she wanted. not the reflection on manager in service. 12/27/22@1020am"
