"We have half a half with their pesto portobello and jamaican jerk pizza. My half was the Jamaican idiot and I have to say it was great. It is filled with Jamaican Ruck Chicken, Cilantro, pineapple, green pepper and red onions. The wort of the chicken was right. The vegetables played a smaller role, but the pineapple helped to cool off the spices from the chicken. It was a sweet and spicy type of taste. The only thing I didn't like was the dryness of the chicken, but you could definitely say that they use premium ingredients. If Fake-Processed-yeast-made-**** chickens use a lot of chains, you don't have to worry about it going dry. It is just my personal preference that it is not dry, but its pizza..good pizza.so ill shut up about this part now. I tried a piece of Pesto portobello and it was also pretty good. My sister enjoyed it very much. How good the herbal pesto sauce was like the base. With this statement................... We ordered the next day a big max with the herbal pesto sauce... you know... they make it sorta healthy.. The Big Max is their version of a meat lover pizza. It was AHmazing. It is with tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon, handmade meatballs. The meatballs were the highlight of it. The biggest pieces of meatballs I've ever seen on a pizza. This cake was a tad greasier than the previous, but its probably on all meats. For the price, Uncle Maddios is definitely more of a special occasion type of pizza joint, but definitely the price for the quality you receive."
