I used the 2 pizza deal for 2 medium 2-topping pizzas ($13.98), the Mix Match offer for two or more items at $6 each, and purchased 4 20oz beverages for $6. I applied my $20 rewards towards the total, which came to $42.95 after tax. When I picked up the food, I checked to ensure there were eight boxes and 4 drinks, but unfortunately, one dessert was missing. After contacting the restaurant, they initially said it was still in store. Eventually, they reheated the chocolate chip dessert and delivered it to me. However, there was a delay in the delivery, taking almost three hours from the time of my order. Despite this, the staff were unhelpful and rude, insisting that the mistake was mine. It was frustrating to have to wait so long for a missing item that I had paid for and came to collect myself. Overall, the experience was disappointing and left me feeling frustrated and angry."
