"We got Fish Chips and I have to say, it was an interesting interpretation. Thier French Fries ? were amazing. And thier was a lot of people getting take out for burgers, sandwiches, and mozzarella. So they have to have amazing food.The Fish and Chips, were not desirable. They did not use beer batter, which was a choice. They used an unseasoned corn meal, and cut them into 5 pieces like fish sticks. They sat in a puddle of frying oil. My partner was saying, how can it be so greasy and so dry. Who ever heard of dry Cod? The last part i will critique, if you enjoy oily fish, you will love the cole slaw, no vinegar twang, just a wet fishy taste.
