"This is worth a long drive. My first time trying Uzbek cuisine, and the numerous 5 star reviews are accurate: it?s phenomenal. The restaurant is immaculately clean, orderly, and pleasant. The server was kind and helped me select dishes, since I was unfamiliar with the menu. I had the Lagman soup, and it was incredibly good. A gentleman who I presume is the owner came over with a small decanter of vinegar and some chili paste, and showed me how to mix them in the broth to make it ?very very good?. He was right. I?m a small guy and get full very quickly, and this was twice as much as I normally eat. Despite feeling extremely full, I couldn?t help myself and ordered a lamb shashlik (skewer) because I just didn?t want to stop eating this food. Sadly, I had to call it quits after that, but I can?t wait to come back and try more dishes. This is really a 6 star review. It?s just that good."
