"April 2022 update Hard to believe it is six years, but I finally have the chance to go back with some friends. The place has not changed. Still not talking atmosphere. You go and order a Deli counter and give you a stand with a number. Then they deliver the food to your table. The good news is that the food comes very fast, it is very tasty, and the staff was super beautiful and courteous. Prices are very reasonable at less than $25 per person. We ordered four main dishes to share an appetizer board, some additional naane and some Lassis. The whole food was delicious. Our concerns were that the butter chicken was not as good as we were in other Indian restaurants in the city and the amount of sauce was excessive compared to the other ingredients in all dishes. On the good side they have some unique dishes that we haven't seen anywhere, and we really enjoyed them, so I upgraded my rating of three stars to four stars. Another difference from other restaurants in the area was that each of the main dishes came with Naan and not with rice. We didn't know enough to order rice, so a lot of tasty sauces ended in the peels that was a shame. In the atmosphere is missing, but the food is good and the prices are very reasonable."

"Arguably the best deal in town. Priced at $15.99 for their lunch menu (Monday-Friday) you can choose from a wide array of curried dishes and veggies to your liking. Their Tandoori Chicken is by far the most tender chicken I've tried at any Indian restaurant. They have all the fan favorites like the Butter Chicken, Tikka Masala, samosas and more. Oh and let's not forget the endless garlic naan. Your wallet and your stomach will thank you."

"I ordered the soup, and it was decent, but nothing special. It wasn't too strong in flavor, which I appreciated. The other dish was a fish fillet served with rice. The portion was quite generous, moderately spicy, and came with a good amount of rice, though there could have been more fish. They provided fresh water, but it was just regular tap water with an unappealing taste. When I requested mineral water instead ($2), they brought me a small plastic bottle of regular spring water for $1."

"Do you have a cousin in the family who is unknown to most of your relatives? They refer to this Mithaa's location in Piscataway compared to his big cousins in the locations Edison and North Brunswick. I am surprised with the mixed and mostly bad reviews. This is the closest home and can make quick trips to him when we come home unscheduled guests. We had only sweets (desserts) and some chaat articles from here taken home and look forward to a lunch or dinner meal soon. You have a clean restaurant with a huge parking lot and the staff is very susceptible to your questions and requests. The taste without mentioning is excellent. If you're new to Mithaas and don't know what to try for the first time? Try drinking the Kesar Badam milk and you wouldn't stop with just one!"

"This used to be my favorite Indian restaurant. I would visit weekly with my partner, and my little boy loved it as well. However, during our last two visits, we encountered cockroaches crawling on the walls while we were eating. Recently, we ordered through UberEats, and the food quality was not up to the standards we had experienced in the past at Desi. Also, I have to mention that the bathroom is in terrible condition. This place needs a thorough cleaning, and maybe then we would consider coming back."

"Grace of India .Look at picture below, the Manchurian use to come in same bowl size as the rice , since when have you reduce the size so much and when do you plan to restore to original size . Also stop sending boil rice to compensate the missing Manchuria .I m pretty sure it’s not same portion , if yes why are you adding free plain rice After changing bowl size and you did not get appropriate siZe bowls for 1 year , wow that is incredible ."

"Have Dosas here the ravaa masala dosa and the spicier andhra masala dosa. Was very happy with the Dosas. The Chutneys were also very tasty, not watery unlike many other places I had. We also packed a chicken biryani and more cans to go. The chicken bryani was very good. We ordered mild and are very happy with the spice level."

"NEWEST UPDATE 8 3 23: We did try Masala again, and ordered all VERY mild, but their level of spice is just too much for us. Very good food, but too spicy for our palate, so for those who like that, it 's great food! : UPDATE And now, this was the fastest owner response to a complaint we 've ever had! The owner called me approx 1.5 hours after I called in to tell them about the spice level problem, and apologized profusely. He hadn 't even read this review yet. He is refunding our money, said the kitchen mixed up our order with another who wanted medium plus , he has new staff, and so yes, we WILL try them again. He could not have been more apologetic or nicer, and so I will update this review once more after we order mild in the future, and get to EAT mild . : Fastest review turnaround I 've ever done. Ordered at 10:51 a.m. today, it was ready by 11:04, we finished tasting at 11:25. There is VERY little chicken in the korma maybe 4 little pieces and the rest sauce. Both the aloo gobi and the korma were ordered Mild , and BOTH dishes are far too spicy for us to eat. The just over $30 for small portions of overly spiced food is now in the trash. And when we called back to ask if a mistake had been made, as we could not eat their food, the woman answering the phone didn 't seem to care AT ALL. This was our first and now LAST time ordering food from this restaurant."

"really good restaurant for Indian cuisine. we usually visit them once in a few weeks. you can never go wrong with her nasty! possibly the best naans in delaware area. always fresh and very soft! their palak distributors and baingan mirchi are really good. for appetizers we love disc cleaner shishlik, pakodas and ragda petis. sometimes with papadi chaat they can feel that yogurt is little old and taste different. we also tried their daale makhani, overall it is good, but sometimes we find pieces of wobbles and tomats. daal makhani could be creamier."

"Can't speak for authenticity but the food was delicious and the server was very polite and accommodating! We were a party of 3 (including toddler) and ordered the vegetable samosas. They were a bit spicier than I expected so toddler only had some of the crispy dough but they were tasty, including the dips that come with them. We also ordered the Rava Masala Dosa (included pic) which we'd never had before and was surprised by the size and flavor. It was nice and mild which was great for our toddler. He mostly had the dosa itself, but progress. All 3 dips were very delicious. For an entree, I ordered the goat korma, mild, and an order of garlic naan and was able to share that with our 2yr old. He liked it which was great! The korma was super tasty and creamy. My husband ordered the chicken vindaloo which he liked but said he'd try lamb next time. Needless to say we took most of the korma home because we had filled up on the other dishes so I'm excited about leftovers tomorrow!"

"There was a delicious dinner at the Palm Palace Indian Restaurant. The owner, Robert, commented that I always arrange the same, and I told him that I was concerned to try something new as I was not familiar with Indian food and its various spices . He listened attentively to my preferences and made suggestions that were perfect for my palate: vegetable samosas, chicken tikka masala and palaak wiper. The only dish I didn't crash was my ordinary garlic naan. An adventure for the taste buds!"
