"Volare is my favorite Italian food place ever. My wife and I found this little gym about 10 or 11 years ago on our annual wildflower trip. This is now our golden standard for what Italian cuisine should be. This is really a gym and we are fine, especially in a rural city like Breenham. We always make it a point to eat here when we're somewhere close. We've been down here for over a decade and the quality has never made a hit. Absolutely. I've never had a bad dish, and Tiramisu is dying. In fact, in our family, volare has created the tradition of judging an Italian food restaurant from its tiramisu. Every place we go, we reserve the verdict until we tried their Tiramisu, because the Lair has the best I ever had and I literally had it in Italy."
