"We were first going to be seated right near the kitchen and traffic flow. We asked to be moved. We got a much better table at the back. Waiter was not very pleasant at the start and seemed annoyed when we asked for bread. But he ended up be nicer once we ordered our food. An OK experience. Food was good.,"

"We waited forever for our entree(45 minutes). Asked the waiter where our food was and he yelled at me and said he purposely wasn’t holding our food back. I didn’t accuse him of this but jest asked where our food was. My friend ate two bites of her food and did not want to bring it home. Overall a very disappointing dinner. Will not go back"

"We showed up to the restaurant without having a reservation but were greeted by the host kindly. We stood outside for about 15 minutes before they were open but they let us in early. Most of us got the restaurant week menu and it's a very good deal. The bread was good and idk what that balsamic vinegar and olive oil was but it's soooo good. I got the smoked salmon: it was good and the olive was interesting but quite salty as the olives are. Rigatoni truffle was pretty good , not too heavy. You get a good whiff of the truffle. Pana cotta was yummy but I was too full! We had a great time. The service was attentive and the place look really nice and classy. Great vibes to catch up with old friends. Definitely take advantage of the restaurant week menu when you can."

"Lasagna. Said to have meat and sausage. Who in earth uses link sausage slices in lasagna….should be sausage chunk or crumbles. Was warm at best. Ask to substitute the lemonade splash in a drink …that means add something else…at all costs. Instead, the give the drink half full and no substitute. We would’ve paid for the substitute… Shrimp and scallops in a pasta dish were both well over cooked and very rubbery."

"Passed by this place several times and decided to try it. We were surprised with how big it is inside with more seating upstairs. Food was great! We had spaghetti and meatballs and a white pizza with chicken and arugula; excellent flavor on both and we learned how tasty a coal-fired pizza can be! "Very few things prompt me to write a poor review, knowing how damaging they can be. That said, my experience today warrants the effort. This is a charming facility, well laid out, spacious and comfortable. The maître d’ was welcoming and we anticipated a very pleasant experience. Two people were dining, myself and a friend. I ordered a pasta special and when it came, it was very obvious that it did not resemble the description. I asked the waitress if I could return it, but she unfortunately spoke very broken English, so I told her that I would keep it and see if it worked. It was a few steps short of inedible, so I asked her to return it and exchange it for a salad. I’m not sure if she was arguing with me or if she simply did not understand the request, but it got a little awkward before the exchange was made. In the meantime, my very easy to please friend, commented that her Chicken Caesar salad was probably the poorest she had ever had. I had ordered their salmon salad as a replacement dish and literally could smell the fish as the waitress put it on the table. I didn’t touch it, for obvious reasons, and we both would up sending the salads back essentially uneaten. It’s really unfortunate, as it’s a darling facility and in a great location, but I can’t imagine ever returning. What was wrong with the lunch suggest a very serious sanitation and customer service problem, not just a one off."

"Lynora’s offers a festive if not boozy Sunday brunch which can be delightful on a sunny pleasant day. The offerings are mostly Italian with pasta dishes, pizza and some fish entries. I ordered the snapper with fresh vegetables. The dish was not really my favorite as the sauce was thick and the fish chewy. But what I did like was just how friendly the servers were throughout the meal. Tip: If you sit outside you will enjoy some interesting people watching if not car envy."

"The man who waited on us, possibly the manager/owner, was super friendly, engaging, funny. The reason for lower rating is the pricing of the menu when we went on Mothers Day was $10 higher on most items (according to some of my family) than what was listed on the restaurant’s website menu which is deceptive. Members of our party felt the value wasn’t worth the quality quantity."

"we have been coming to Tarantella for over twenty years. we always felt like a family here. our three children have grown up and eat their wonderful food. it was for me because of the pandemic, but last night I took my daughter and enkelin. how especially we are received by john who is always as friendly and positiw. olga, our dear friend, ran past and embraced us, and it felt like home again. everyone we remembered was so welcome. eating was as delicious as ever. service was excellent. john checked us as usual. miller was so thoughtful. I can't say enough about how beautiful it is to come to a place and not just be reminded of it, but greeted with open poor. thanks for being a bright light in a hard time!"
