"eating here is a good classic American Indian restaurant tasted on butter heavy/not as if healthy and tastes good. the service here is absolutely anxious. I am here several times, with several different people, and many have commented on how terrible the attitude of everyone who works here is. I have over 4-5 different people about the many paintings I went for picking up, including the peculiarities, and it is as if they are not clinically able to thank them or show any confirmation or appreciation of the customer at all, besides asking for names and taking quiet and taking back money and pockets. the second of the chef leaves here, this place will close definitiw because, if not for the taste of food, I can not treat anyone with the level of service on this or a lower price level openly."

"I discovered this place in 2013 and make a point to eat there when I'm in the neighborhood. I'm part of Biryani after trying it in Hyderabad some time ago where this court was born. Since then, I have tried to find a place that can produce something at least near it, which is incredibly difficult. The short story is Haveli makes an excellent Biryani safe to try the goatbiryani there is no look back! The lunch buffet is fair, naan is good enough, but the dinner product is as it should be, a big step up. My wife and I took a couple out to eat there last night, ordered a lot too much food (has enough leftovers to cover dinner the next day), and beer everything for $86 after taxes. HIGHLY recommend!"

"We were in town visiting and we love our Indian food and are Indian food connoisseurs. Their food is very good!!!! Highly recommend the chicken 65 but honestly it’s more like chili chicken.. if you don’t know what they are it’s a spicy chicken with light sauce on it! It has onions and green peppers in it. We also got the goat curry, chicken, tikka masala and garlic naan they were all fantastic highly recommend them.Now let’s talk about their customer service …IT’S HORRIBLE!!!… usually when you eat in or take out at a Indian restaurant onions are offered to you with your food to eat along because it pairs nicely with the food. never have I ever been charged for onions at any Indian restaurant. This was ridiculous for them not to give it with the food for free.And to sit there are bicker with my husband over it.So be prepared to be charged for every little small thing you ask for when you go. check your receipt or ask if there’s a charge and how much.Enjoy"

"Ordered my food online and waited 20 minutes past my delivery time with no call or update. I call in and the guy says “we have no one to deliver for a hour.” A notification of delay would have been nice, no one is judging if you are short staffed. You don’t just not call. Then when I asked for a refund and told them to keep the food (because it would be an additional hour on top of the one hour it already had been prepared) they were hesitant to refund me my money. Ridiculous.Don’t bother dining in, either. They honestly have no sense of courtesy nor customer service. Go across the street to Mumbai Grill or downtown."
