"We had a very disappointing experience in this cheesecake factory. We go to Cheesecake Factory about 30 times a year mostly in California, and had great experiences. That was terrible. They took my hamburger to the point of a hockey puck. The manager was overhauled and made us a new one that was still overcooked. After waiting for over 1 1/2 hours, he told us that he didn't charge me for two burgers (even if they screwed the first one... I didn't even eat two... bizarre). In the second night, my court was great, but they blew the fish of my father Tacos, and the manager was called and tried to tell us that they did not, although my father ordered the court over twenty times before. Both nights, the managers were boring, not helping, and under what the cheesecake factory should be. Also, while some of the waiters were professional and friendly, a lot of them were loud, open annoying, and not help us because they were concentrated to see a celebrity, the dinners on the street. We go to the Cheesecake Factory because we believe that we have guaranteed a good experience.... clearly not anymore!"
