"2) Regarding the oil used in the dishes, the amount we consumed from just two items was equivalent to what we would use to cook at home for an entire week. Please consider using less oil! The food itself was delicious, but it was smothered in excess oil, which masked the actual flavors of the curries and rice. Eating felt like we were getting food that had been scraped from the bottom of a greasy ship.
3) As for the keema, it was completely black. I couldn't tell if it was burnt or just a different type of meat. Its appearance, taste, and smell were all quite strange.
4) Who fries rice and curry that is already so oily? It was already hot outside, and everything felt heavy and greasy, including my food. A better option might be to replace some of that oily fare with a light dessert to complete the thali experience.
5) The location and cityscape are lovely and offer great potential for this restaurant. I urge the owner to consider making some changes. They should try dining there as a customer and think about what could improve the experience. I definitely plan to visit again, hoping they will be open to making some improvements."
