"The experience at El Tepehuan was mixed. The chimichanga was tasty, but I accidentally burned my finger on the hot plate that the waitress did not warn me about. The service was not great, as no one greeted me at the door and I had to wait too long to be seated. When I finally was seated, it took a while for someone to take my drink order and bring me a menu and utensils. I felt overlooked and unhappy, especially when I saw another customer receive prompt service. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated, and decided to find another restaurant for my big chimichanga fix. I asked to speak to the manager, but unfortunately she was not available."
