"the food was average. the amount of butter that she put on the pancake was unhealthy. the food was sent back to remove butter. the service was slow. the waitress seemed to be under the influence of something. her uniform and look was not satisfactory at all. she was seen three times to take our order, to give us our drinks and to give us the leak. There are no reviews in between. I would not return to this place. they also did not advise the additional cost to change from swarm to truthahn."

"Great food and great service are what you except, and is what you have always gotten... However, the food has gone downhill. I got cold mushrooms with my surloin tip order, my wife got half raw waffles with her chicken and waffles, the side of hash browns was burnt and my son got chocolate chip pancakes instead of his chocolate chocolate chip pancakes. Once this was brought to the attention of the staff we were still given a bill of $45.76 with no adjustment. I didn't ask for another plate of anything, just to make them aware, but some reduction of my bill should have been done without asking, the manager stopped by once he was aware and still nothing was adjusted. This is absolutely disappointing."

"This IHOP was not the worst I have ever visited in terms of cleanliness. We visited on a Saturday around 1pm and there was no wait. I ordered my usual steak tips and eggs, while my wife opted for a spinach and mushroom omelette. The food was good, although it's important to remember that this is IHOP we're talking about. The kids shared a silver dollar pancake breakfast for their second meal of the day and they really enjoyed it. This restaurant is a great choice for families with children. The service was top-notch."

"I had a birthday breakfast with my youngest son and it was absolutely delicious! It really hit the spot. I ordered the Pancake Combo and my son Tyler had the Chicken Fried Steak with scrambled eggs, bacon, a bowl of fruit, and hash browns, along with a side of Reese's Pieces Pancakes. The newest addition to their menu, Cannoli pancakes, was a hit with our entire family. The service at this specific location is excellent, with all staff members being friendly and professional. "I had the pleasure of dining at IHOP for the first time recently. I was thrilled to see an IHOP as our local one had closed years ago. The hostess quickly seated us and we were served by a wonderful waitress named Ninfa. She was pleasant, accommodating, and made our dining experience enjoyable. We arrived 10 minutes early for IHoppy hour at 2, and Ninfa kindly took our order before the promotion started. I ordered french toast and sausage, while my daughter got a crispy chicken sandwich - both were delicious. To my surprise, our bill came out to only $12 for both meals. My daughter jokingly remarked that her meal cost more at McDonald's. With great food, excellent service, and affordable prices, you really can't go wrong dining at IHOP."

"Cooks are totally unprofessional! Sent out the wrong food twice, overcooked eggs and cold beef tips. we sat here an hour for this garbage! The whole time we could hear the cooks cussing, laughing and playing. It was so bad that the wait staff was complaining. Our waitress was very apologetic and sincere, but Mr. Mike, the manager, totally unconcerned. Then he sent someone out from the kitchen who identified himself as a manager. "So, ALL of the tables were filthy with dishes all over them (after we were seated, someone did go around cleaning up though). This means they had to seat us right up against the only other group that was in there at the time. Those people asked to move, for which I was thankful cuz it was awkward. Our waitress may have been nice, but I couldn't understand her since she didn't compensate for the mask that was clinging to her face so bad it muffled every word, so she also may have been rude, I have no way of knowing. We didn't get our pop (only one person got coffee) until the food came and we asked for our pop. The chicken tenders were REALLY good. Idk what was in that breading but it was delicious!! The fries were OK, the onion rings were pretty good too. My daughter loved the pancake sundae and my hubby liked his burger."
