"Wasn’t given the freeze I was supposed to, I let it slide, 20mins later I get home and all the food is incorrect. I called and spoke to the “manager” Kacey and she was unbothered, never apologized, didn’t take my name down. I can’t seem to understand why service in Maricopa when it comes to fast food is so unprofessional. Regardless of it being fast food, it’s still a business. It literally deserves a zero!"

"They're all set up like McDonald's so that you can order online right there in the store. A system that I do not like as it de-humanizes the experience of going out for a bite to eat. Because of this de-socializing tactic I no longer patronize McDonald's! Happily though, Taco Bell staff were very hospitable and helped me in person! YAY, Taco Bell! BTW, Food was very good, and I tried their Breakfast Salsa this time. It was yummy!"

"We noticed some challenges with staffing and supplies and drive up service has been very slow, but they make it up with their excellent power bowl options, particularly the chicken power bowl that I think is the best fast food option available. The bowls include lettuce, rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream and a generous amount of chicken, and I think chopped tomato and maybe cheese, if I remember correctly. The point is the bowls are a satisfying well balanced meal. I'm looking forward to the return of the pizza which is a favorite. Taco Bell, always reliable and a good value for the price. We understand that fast food has suffered due to employee shortages so we take that into account. I'm holding back on the fifth star because I do not care for their drink selection. I prefer coke products and some sugar free drink options would be great."

"Terrible. Rock hard overcooked quesadillas and up charged for dorito tacos and they gave us regular tacos. Quesadillas didn’t even have the jalapeño sauce on them. Waste of 20 dollars and time. "On 8/25 I stopped by to grab some food. It wasn 't busy. I was told I had to order from the kiosk. They would not take my order. They said they could only help me do it . Taco Bell makes enough profit without expecting me to cashier there for free. It the same price to go to a taquaria. I 'm not going back to Taco Bell. It 's not really good anymore, It 's not cheap anymore, and now it 's not even easy. There is no cash option on the kiosk by the way. Meal type: Brunch"

"I love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly and quick in their service. It's very kid-friendly, always greeting everyone with a smile. I ordered takeout for dinner, and it was reasonably priced at about $20–30 per person. The food is excellent—I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The service also deserves a perfect 5, and the atmosphere is fantastic as well. I highly recommend trying the Ground Beef Burrito, Nachos, Quesadilla, Tacos, and Chips with Salsa. There’s plenty of parking available, with free parking options nearby."

"the night shift manager is terrible. I called to let them know that my order was wrong and only wanted what I ordered, but instead he was unprofessional with me and said that it was my fault that the order was wrong because that is how I entered it. I let him know that I ordered in the car, although and he continued to be rude told me that it is what I ordered and if I only called to argue that he would hang on me. "I hit this Taco Bell to get dinner my first night in Nashville. I was looking forward to trying the Mexican pizza. I had heard so many great things about it. This Taco Bell is a two minute drive from the hotel where I'm at. I went through the drive thru. I looked at the menu. I could not find Mexican pizza on it. When I got to the order area, I asked the friendly female voice on the other end whether this place had Mexican pizza. It didn't. Bummer. I learned later that Tennessee doesn't have it at all. I am hoping that when I'm back in the Twin Cities, Mexican pizza is still being offered. Its availability seems to be by state. I do know that it's currently available in Minnesota. Anyway, I had to find something else to order. I got the deluxe cravings box, which consists of the following items: Crunchy beef taco Chips and nachos cheese sauce Chipotle cantina crispy chicken taco Beefy five layer burrito Diet Pepsi I asked that the sour cream be held on everything. It was. Yay! I got to the window to pay with a credit card. All went well. I got my food in a paper bag. I thanked the woman and headed to the hotel to check in and eat. The Diet Pepsi was cold and refreshing. It tasted great. My crunchy beef taco didn't make it in one piece. The shell was broken in a few pieces. I was essentially putting the taco shell version of Humpty Dumpty back together. The filling was fine and it tasted good. The chips and nachos cheese sauce were also good. It's what you expect from Taco Bell. The Chipotle cantina crispy chicken taco was excellent. There was lots of chicken with lettuce and tomatoes. The shell was indeed crispy. I enjoyed this taco. The beefy five layer burrito was also delicious. The filling was generous. It was beefy and yummy. I liked it a lot. I came here again late on my birthday for a late night snack. It was around 10:40 pm. The drive thru lineup was long. It shut down moments later, so a number of us left to find someplace else to eat. It was disappointing. I had a good first experience. I do hope that Mexican pizza comes to Tennessee someday. (238)"

"Just a warning to other people looking for good quick food, DONT EAT HERE, I ordered 2 grilled cheese boxes with drinks and I was missing 2 whole 5-layer burritos, but when we went back to let them know they forgot some of our food we were denied help and told we had to just deal with it, with receipt in hand. Also the food was the worst quality I've had from any tbell, I was only able to have a bite of my grilled cheese burrito before bitting into dried out and cold beef causeing me to throw the rest away and fearing I would now get food poisoning, which I did. "It doesn't get more authentic than this -and that's saying a lot for West New York. It's usually bustling on the weekends. Food is Delicious with capital D, and very reasonably priced too. No children's menu but ask your server for chicken fingers and fries if that's your thing. Try the pozole. Order an horchata drink. Every sauce that comes with the complimentary chips is super hot. Every one. That said, don't expect a franchise look and feel nor any polish in the decor. It's very mom-and-pop. As a rule of thumb for Mexican restaurants in general: the worse the mural on the wall, the better the food."

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I walked in with my fiancé and waiting 10 min for someone to take our order so I let him know what I wanted and went to the bathroom. They had hand sanitizer in the soap machine while the place looked like it’s never been cleaned. Came out and he still hadn’t been helped. Finally someone walked up and decided to take our order but didn’t bother to look up at us. Took a whole 15 min later of saying our order multiple times while they continue to ask us the same question over and over. I could barely understand the guy and he kept asking the girl on break what everything meant on the screen. He kept saying I hate taking orders I hate doing this and asking for the girls on break to do it for him. They were out of lettuce and chicken!! Do your inventory and you won’t ever run out of food. Took longer than 30 mins to get three items off the menu. Oddly we got our food first when three people were ahead of usrumor had it they’re still waiting. "The night manager seemed to dislike working at Taco Bell, which is understandable given their lack of people skills. Is it really that difficult to include hot sauce in a bag? A little politeness toward customers wouldn't hurt, nor would it kill anyone to say “thank you, come again.” Perhaps it would be better for them to find a job that doesn’t require interaction with people. "After a 4-month journey through 14 different states, I recently returned and found myself frequenting Taco Bell often during that time. However, the Taco Bell I visited this time seemed to be cutting corners. Despite being cheap, my Power Bowl was dry and lacking in avocado ranch sauce. The steak and fries burrito I ordered had only a few pieces of steak, which was disappointing. I've had numerous issues at this location in the past, as it seems they constantly skimp on toppings. I'm glad I didn't pay extra for sauce, as they barely provided any. I'm sure they would have tried to charge me for it. I'll give them another chance this time, but I'm not sure if I'll be back again."

"5/12/23-Updated-I appreciate the company responding to my review, so I edited my rating. Pretty bummed today. Ordered the chips/cheese and this is what was in my bag? I think there’s what, 4 complete chips in the bag? Even the Power Bowl salad is really skimpy. I know food costs have gone up, but your quantity has decreased substantially while your prices have increased. We visit here at least 3 x/ week. Total was $12.50 for these plus a drink?? I would have left one star instead of 2, but the employee was friendly. As vegetarians, Taco Bell is usually our go-to for fast food options."
