"beautiful old-fashioned family Italian with excellent service and very good eating. started with salads, house and a zeasar, all beautiful portions with fresh green and excellent dressings. the house green would have been perfect if they had been chilled. in general were chicken parmesan, two large cuts with a small side of excellent angel haare. the sauce was rich and tasty, the chicken moist and tasteful, just a little short on the mozzarella. the lobster and crab ravioli, six good size, came with a really beautiful butter and cream sauce. they were tender and beautifully filled, but bland, lacked a seafood aroma center. dessert was excellent fresh pumpkin cheese cake with fresh whipped cream. all server were excellent, friendly, attentive and professional. we will definitely return."

"a reservation by open table. when we arrived, they said that today they did not accept reservations from open table, so my older father had to wait outside in a 100 grad weather until we could get a table. "terrible server. some of the younger server speeches müll over their tabs in one of the pos (point of sale) systems next to our table. I overheard them to make fun of their various tables, to say rude things about the guests, and experienced only a complete lack of professionalism. I worked for the Darden group (the company that red lobster, olive garden, bahama breeze, etc., and I know that if I had treated customers like this server, I would have been fired."

"The overall experience was not one to be enjoyed. We had to ask our waiter for biscuits multiple times which was not really his fault because he seemed overwhelmed with tables to handle. "first I want to say our server donavan was amazing and very professional. it wasn't his fault what we experienced. we celebrated my father's birthday with a party of 20. it was so disappointing that we had to wait 1 hour and 42 minutes for broth, drinks and be introduced to our server. it was originally another type, hispanic older, short gentleman, but he said to another hostess, I didn't have to do it with them. Donavan took care of us. that was in order, but the other guy could have been much more respectful and professional and come to us to tell us. next we had to wait for our food for over 2 1/2 hours. that came cold and salted! the kitchen has ruined our orders so often! I thought we had at least one acknowledgement, but nothing. the people warned me about this place, I should have heard."

"We used to have a red lobster where I live and I was looking for some seafood. When I saw that there was one here, I decided to book a reservation. The OpenTable app actually brought me to a different location from where the restaurant actually was. I don’t know if that’s a fault of the app or the restaurant. (I’m thinking it was the app) To start off, I called the number of the restaurant found in the OpenTable app and spoke with their hostess to get directions. When I arrived, the hostess was actually waiting outside for me which I thought was very nice. The hostess was extremely pleasant. I was seated almost immediately. I ordered the coconut shrimp as an appetizer, the lobster, shrimp, and salmon for the entrée with the broccoli and loaded baked potato as my two sides. As always, the bread is always amazing. The presentation of the entrée was not all that great but the taste was very good. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. My waitress was just as pleasant as the hostess. She refilled my drinks even when I didn’t ask for it (she could obviously see that I was starting to run low on my beverage). She stopped by on several locations just to make sure that everything was OK and ask how the food was. From my interaction with at least these two people, I could see that this particular restaurant is run very well. If I ever come back to this location, I would certainly like to go and eat here again."

"We were seated quickly on a Friday evening. The table was clean and the rooms were neat and clean. We received prompt attention from the wait staff. One of us bumped into an issue when orders for two different beers on tap could not be filled. There were also delays in getting biscuit refills. However, once our food orders were placed, they arrived promptly, and were very good. We ordered shrimp cocktail, lobster, stuff flounder, and coconut shrimp. They were fresh from the kitchen, with good presentation and excellent flavor. They voluntarily removed all drinks from our bill as a thank-you for our patience while ordering drinks. While it did require some additional patience on our part, we enjoyed our meal immensely."

"the unlimited garnels ordered. the captivating alfredo had bigger garnel that were great. another family member ordered the popcorn garnel and cocosnus garnelen as part of which they create their own meal. also the popcorn garnels were bigger. everything tasted good. we had a reward for dessert and we ordered the brownie overload that was delicious. the only disappointments were that the restaurant was from the grilled Argentinian garnels I wanted to try and they were also from the vanilla bean cheesecake. both were my first decisions to try. I wish the restaurant could publish before location, which they did not on the menu."

"The Maine Lobster tail was not very sweet (I'm from New England and go back twice a year) and the bacon around the scallops was salty and burnt. Had to wait for a cracker to become available so a person in our party could eat thier Dungreness Crab legs. Server came back to let us know she was still waiting for a cracker to become available. Server was excellent along with the steak which was also cooked perfectly (Med Rare)."
