The evening went downhill from there. Although we were served our sparkling water right away, the bread and olive oil and vinegar we requested never appeared. In fact, initially they said they had no balsamic vinegar. In an Italian restaurant ?!?! . Our food was delayed so long that a waiter assumed we had already eaten and asked if we wanted desert. The food was flavorless and not up to temperature. Your website menu is not the same as your working menu and the website states you have valet parking which you do not. You were out of the sorbetto by 8pm. To be fair, the waitress comped us to a free gelato to make up for the sorbetto. To sum up, we had a thoroughly unimpressive $100+ experience and will neither be returning nor recommending your establishment. Sorry, but you asked...."
