"The decor of Gables diner is reminiscent of an old style diner done slightly modern upscale. The service varies and can sometimes be attentive and friendly and at other times slow and forgetful. For the cost of eggs or pankcakes it’s a bit pricey. For a simple breakfast for 2 people you can spend up to $30 for breakfast. If you’re more about the diner-like atmosphere and the food just needs to be good then maybe this is the place for you. Their salads are pretty good, but they have a very limited range of dressings. If you go for lunch or dinner it may be worth the cost but it’s nothing extraordinary. For breakfast you’d be just as well served going to Denny’s or iHop and saving yourself about 50% of your money."
