"The food here is flavorful, but not spicy. We requested their spiciest (hottest 4 star) food, but the Tom yum Goong and entree were 1 star spicy, maybe 1.5 stars. If you like Thai food and do not like spicy hot food, try this restaurant. Other than, the food, not being spicy, we really liked the food and flavor was great"

He’s always smiling, very pleasant, professional, prompt and accommodating! The entire staff is quite charming with excellent customer service at Charm Thai Cuisine!
