"My wife Kathleen I have been regular customers for years at Lotus. We had a 6:30 PM Reservation on New Years Eve and the hostess placed us at a table in the furthest SW corner away from most serving activity. That was a first for being regulars we usually are assigned a booth (two of which were opened). It was very busy with just two waiters on staff.
