"Attempted to come in tonight for a late dinner all the way from Lemoore. We were seated fairly quickly by a younger girl. The young lady asked us for our drink order and brought it to us within 2-3minutes. We LOVE Diccicos in Fresno so we didn’t need much time to know what we wanted, so we asked her if we could place our order. She let us know that she wouldn’t be the one taking the order and our server would be with us in a few minutes. About 20 minutes went by and no one came. The young lady seemed to be the only one on the floor (seating people, bringing out food/drinks, bussing tables) so as she was bussing a table we reminded her that we were ready to order, she let us know that she would let our server know. Confusing since she was told us our server would be with us 20+ minutes ago but she was working hard so we understood and said okay. We waited an additional 25 minutes before getting up and leaving. We left a small tip for the young lady who seemed to be working alone despite not even getting our order placed but it’s definitely disappointing to drive so far for food just to have to settle for fast food."
