"I ordered 12 lemon squares to be picked up the next day and also bought 4 cupcakes my mother was so excited to eat the cupcake to only be very disappointed they we're awful. When I returned the next day at 1 pm to pick up my lemon squares I was told I still had to wait they were not finished yet the owner didn't have them cut and no powdered sugar, after waiting 30 min, I had to call the owner to the front of the store I told him I have a knife at home just give the lemon squares to me and I'll finish them he threw them in a box and I left . I got them home and once I opened them my mother had a fit they were horrible looked nothing like lemon squares. I immediately returned them to the store, employee didn't know how to refund my money , so I call the owner to get my refund and he was very rude told me that some customers get refunds but because he didn't like my attitude I wasn't getting my money back. I would never recommend this bakery to anyone. I also am contacting the BBB to put in a complaint as well."
