"This was our first time at Selby's, and we loved our experience. The atmosphere is beautifully decorated. Dark, warm, and elegant. Perfect place for a special dinner. Service was all around very good. Our waitress was engaging and had timing down pat. The sommelier and other support staff were very professional. Food was excellent. This is an expensive meal so come prepared to spend."

"The food was excellent! Our family of 4 enjoyed the Paella, Salmon, Ribs, and I enjoyed the Filet Mignon cooked to perfection on the stone. We shared and enjoyed the coconut Creme brûlée, chocolate. Cake, and cheesecake for dessert. It was all delicious. The service was excellent. I've eaten Filet at Emeril's, Gordon Ramsey's restaurant, and local high end eateries and this was by far one of THE BEST MEALS MY FAMILY HAS ENJOYED! I highly recommend. We were staying in Newark to catch a flight the next day and stumbled upon this place. I will definitely go back."

"Service level was high to the point of intrusive as we felt someone was constantly at our table delivering something or taking something away. More than 8 staff waiting on our table over a 3 minute period while eating. The food was tasty but warm at best. For the price that was paid (over $500 for two people) I would hope the food would be hot and not luke-warm at best."

"This was a pleasant surprise. I came in from out of town and wanted to meet friends for dinner and drinks. I looked up different options and opted for this restaurant. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was pleasant. They had live music and we enjoyed it very much. I would highly recommend this restaurant."
