"I placed my order online to be picked up at 8:55pm. My husband went to go pick it up and it was before 8:55, maybe 8:40-8:45. Someone asked him if he had an online order and at what time it was to be picked up and he said 8:55. Of course, he wasn’t expecting it to be made yet so he waited. When 8:55 came around, someone went to their freezer where they keep the orders and took ours out. They made him wait 15 mins for an order that was already made and paid for! They literally just had to hand it to him. Ridiculous. Because it was made so early, the strawberries were frozen and I couldn’t even eat them. Don’t understand the reasoning behind making him wait 15 minutes to just hand it to him."
