"solid 3.5 stars. forno in the short north is a Columbus spin block, and I wanted to get this popular happy hour/brunch spot on happy cow because they can do vegan feed for them! added, it is not the highest quality vegan cuisine, but several menu points are clearly marked with wg, which suggests that they can be made vegan on request. great when eating with big omni/ mixed diet groups. we had a dinner reservation (highly recommended! this place gets packed for a big group and we all enjoyed forno so much! the garlic fries (minus of parmesan) were addicted well, and the avocado bruschetta was delicious. I got the wild mushroom stone pizza, which was a very pleasant surprise for a cheeseless cake that san marzano tomatensoße was so good. tipp: make gluten-free crust! it is crispy and delish. the atmosphere is trendy and stylish and the service is friendly and efficient. delicious cocktails! a very pleasant experience. my first time back to forno as a vegan, and I'm glad I could live here."

"The espresso martini had min flavoring in it which is not specified on their ingredient list and was off putting. The main Cesar salad is basically a side salad at full price. Service was slow for a weekday and food was not as good as it used to be. Ambience was great though. Slightly disappointed."

"We wait almost 30 mins for a table which is expected so I ain’t really frustrated about that just the fact our tummy’s was ready for some good eats but today was the day they lost customers. We ordered veggie scramble no spinach and a lardeo no tomato well she comes and says they are remaking the veggie scramble they put spinach in it so my husband says well I hope they didn’t put tomato in my lardeo well his plate comes what’s in it tomato and he’s already said he ain’t eating if they messed up his food well there went his meal my toast was so crunchy I sent it back and my daughter biscuits were so crunchy we were told there’s new people in the kitchen and to me that’s no excuse so they should have someone over seeing everything with the way these tables turn but hey what do I know. Anyway we tell her we don’t want anything at this point our daughter can eat but we ain’t even wanting to eat at this point. So than the general manager brings both plates remade I tell him we aren’t interested and he says everything is on me so you can eat it or we can just trash it so we let him give us the food still not interested in the plates than I spot something green in the bowl he made so made me even more frustrated we box up the Laredo to take home to our other daughter and than get a check for our daughter meal after we were told the whole meal was free so I say to the waitress this should all be free per your manager she claims her food was fine so yes we have to charge you for it. Husband is like forget it he’ll pay. Than the waitress claims she’s getting the manager but instead comes back again and says yes he said it is all on him, but her face and demeanor told me she was frustrated by us like we was there to complain and eat for free. I’m highly disappointed and will not return moving forward this has never been an experience I have expected or expect from this establishment."

"I had a reservation for 17 o'clock on 12/2. at arrival we were told that there are literally THREE items available for dinner! three!. brussel sprouts and two types of pizza. we drove over 45 minutes to columbus for an NICE dinner. what are you not going to get me to know what we were in there? Why? at least people should have got a call with reservations. I have even confirmed my reservation! this was unacceptable and terrible customer service. we were not just a drop of customers living in columbus! I doubt that we will ever try to restore the restaurant, as it seems, they have not enough courtesy, ppl let you know that they have hatred sperrouts only for dinner or respond to an email about our disappointment and lack of care."

"My server Kyra and the person that brought us our food were exceptionally nice. The gentleman that brought us our food even verified how I wanted my single egg cooked on top of my biscuits and gravy. This location is very well kept the staff are friendly and obviously knowledgeable about how best to enhance their already delicious food. LOL I definitely will tell my friends and we'll be back. I came here for a work breakfast and had an exceptional experience."
