"Solid sushi skills. On the Philadelphia roll: Rice was well cooked and moist, fresh tuna and they added a perfect touch of some sort of oil or sauce that I didn't expect, but was a very welcome surprise. The dynamite was dyn-o-mite. gracefully toasted, and just the right amount of sauce (though I'm a real white guy, I am very low of the heat enjoyer scale) Not just your typical sushi. Price isn't the lowest, but perhaps justified by the fresh ingredients."
