"This place is really great and I am glad to live nearby. The food and drink is excellent and the people who work there are friendly and often accommodating. It is often a busy place and noisy so you need to be careful when your drinks are ready and separated when your food is ready. I can't really blame them because they are popular and want to maintain this atmosphere and not force more work on their employees. I think many of the complaints here about customer service are honestly very ridiculous/unfair based on my own experience with the staff. The armor itself in a parking lot Moat with friendly bad pedestrians / disabled access and amenities, however, is sucking. You should definitely try their lunch sandwiches, they are always amazing."
