"Hornets Nest is the local watering hole the first spot that comes to mind when cooking doesn't feel like the vibe. You'll feel right at home surrounded by Hornets gear and many locals, if you're from the area you'll more than likely run into a familiar face. The service is always great. The staff always have great attention to detail, are polite, and quick. The food is consistent and delicious. Hornets Nest fries with their ranch or their hornet sauce are a hard hitter. My go-to on the menu has got to be the buffalo chicken wrap, but it's hard to go wrong. Their burgers are great, and the rest of their sandwich list is as well. One of my favorites is their take-out. You can order from your phone and pay when you pick-up. So quick and easy, and really saves us in a crunch."

"next time we go with the regular menu instead of the happy hour ones. the drinks were cheap, but eating was lacking, eating too much fried and even the ahi and cornliders did not come. don't get the fried pickles! the ambiente is good next to the harbour so they can see how the ships come. I was ahead and had a great experience to order the regular menu entries. must return for the regular menu."

"Went to get some blue bell ice cream I bought about 10 diff flavors and told the guy I had a lond drive he packaged it up perfectly so it wouldn’t melt and accommodated me at his own pleasure went above and beyond thanks a lot everybody is happy I will be back and sending you lots of new customers! "So quick! And delicious, plus a great value. We came here for breakfast. I was really surprised about how big the menu was. They have Mexican/inspired breakfast items, Egg Benedict’s, omelette’s, fancy pancakes and French toast, amount other items. Everything everyone ordered, was delicious. I saw on the special board that they had a Montecristo sandwich, and Chilliquiles. None of us tried the specials, but they looked great. We got our breakfast within 3 to 5 minutes of us ordering, and everything was really good. It is your diner style establishment. But, it look like they served mimosa‘s, and beer, as well. The coffee was great! We will be returning. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner. Burgers, loaded fries, sandwiches, ribs, fish and chips. We definitely will come back."

"I have never been here in person as I try to avoid going into Rutgers as much as possible. I order from DoorDash and I am PICKY but everything I’ve gotten from here has been so good!! "Cozy and quaint like eating with Aunt Bee in Mayberry. Had Sunday breakfast with the best Eggs Benedict in Vero. Wife had a homemade giant biscuit with her tasty omelet. Waited 45 minutes at an upscale joint on 14th Ave, waited no more than 15m at KK with a bigger crowd. This place and Macs Fillin Station, also on Dixie Hwy are great local joints."

"Ahhh Friday night, don't you love it!!! We were hungry for breakfast and Dennys stood out on google search. Their denver omelet was just outrageous as you can see by the pictures, the eggs were light and very fluffy with such a rich flavor!! The taste of the ham was the next thing that hit your pallet, with the red peppers following thru giving it such a great meld of flavors, fantastic comfort food!! The hashbrowns were cooked perfectly, which gave them such a great mouth feel Wow Dennys has really stepped up the level of great food they always had!! Which rates this restaurant 5 stars A Wow, hungry for a salad, Cobb salad to be exact, large thick cuts of fresh lettuce, bacon bits, cherry tomatoes, boiled eggs, avocado, and grilled chicken added, with honey mustard dressing Fantastic!! "Found this restaurant online and it had great reviews so we decided to try it. I was very disappointed in the experience. Our waitress was nowhere to be found much of the time, it was not busy at all, and they when she did come to the table it was clear she did not want to be there. I ordered eggs, bacon, hash browns, and the biscuits and gravy. My eggs, which should have been over medium, but were literally not cooked, as in slimy raw. The hash browns were not even lukewarm. My friends meal was also lukewarm at best. I asked the waitress if she could just pop them in a microwave for a minute or so and that would be fine. She was also going to take the eggs and replace them with scrambled eggs. She said it would just be a few minutes which I believed since it was not busy and every one already seemed to have their meals except for a group that had just arrived and hadn't even ordered yet. Fifteen minutes later she finally showed back up with the food she was going to reheat. No surprise, it was colder than before she took it, and the eggs were also cold.I will say the biscuit was incredibly good and the bacon was amazing!!!I wouldn't make a special trip up there again, but if I was in the area and was hungry I might stop by for a biscuit and some bacon."

"This place smells amazing right when you walk in. And then you're greeted by a fun yet relaxed atmosphere. I had the Jalapeno Jack burger and it looked like a work of art. It was almost a shame to eat it, it looked so beautiful. The taste is perfection.Perfectly cooked and seasoned patty that tastes hand made. The bun is just the right combination of soft and firm. The lettuceand tomato are fresh. Service was very friendly and prompt. My glass was never empty. At about $20 per person I would sayyou're getting a good value considering the quality of the food."

"Kaylea is an awesome server and all around great person. She is always happy when I have a quick little chat with here while she works. I know from our conversations, she really enjoys what she does, and she is always eager to fulfill needs while her guest are eating. She needs a raise because she has to work a second job that pays better for her skill, but because of her dedication she didn't leave this place. I wish the franchise owner would do something like step in and maybe look into making this young lady into a prospected store manager. The one she works for can't even seem to remember to order paper towels/bath fissure/toilet paper, or napkins for the guest and tables. This girl remembers me no matter what role I'm playing or costume I have on. If she leaves this Denny's I'll have to find somewhere else to go eat breakfast. Until she leaves. I'll be going back time and time again!"
