"Slightly disappointed in the reservation I made on Open Table. Our group was attending for a birthday party, the reservation was made days in advance, and our “special request” was overlooked. Upon arrival, 30 minutes prior, I was notified via phone call that the fire pit seating was not available. I was bummed at the “reserved” seating we were given. I spoke to the hostess and she said she would speak with a manager…..no one ever came to apologize for the oversight. Otherwise, the food is great, and I love the vibe."
