"My Mom and I went for a Saturday shopping trip and decided to try Pita for a quick lunch. We were blown away at the level of service and incredible food. We had the Greek salad and a side of hummus and pita. The salad was beyond fresh, and a generous portion for the price. The hummus tasted fresh and homemade with warm pita! The young man who took our order was friendly and polite, and another young man even came out and checked on how we were doing, and to see if we needed anything, while we were dining on the patio. I am from chicago and can only hope they have Pita locations in IL! Highly recommend, and a huge thank you for the standout service!"

"The gyro meat is good and rice has nice flavor. The employees are also pleasant. However, they gyro platter has no veggies except a few taco bell looking tomatoes tossed on top and the drink machines make very loud noises while you are eating. Overall I will probably skip this place in the future and go to Metropolis Grill.Food: 3/5"

"The gyro was good quality. But the "harissa sauce" Is so gross. It doesnt taste like harissa. Just straight up taste like salsa. It looks like thats what they also use to "make it spicy" options for the platters and its not spicy at all just very sour. So if youre expecting spice, you will not get it with that option. If you pick hummus as a side for your platter you get this very measly portion of it and it comes in a SAUCE container. I have never seen hummus, being served like this. I got mine with harissa sauce and it was awful."

"Although tasty enough I was Very disappointed with the portion size of my Shawarma Bowl (chicken) which was nothing like they pictured. It was basically a Snack sized serving with about 2oz of chicken (if that), maybe a 1/4 cup rice which I had to search for the rest was a sorry portion of lettuce... whatever else. I wouldn't even consider it Lunch portion. Considering it was a delivery- paying close to $20 just for this, truly wasn't worth it. I coulda' had a V8. If you're not looking for much to eat, order their Shawarma Bowl, you won't be disappointed."

"Me and my family decided that we would eat out somewhere with a Mediterranean theme. While we were cruising around we saw Pita. So we decided to pop inside to see and we decided to eat there. I tried the food (Shawarma) and it was too bad. The fries were well seasoned and crisp but the Shawarma was beyond bad I tried the chicken and it was way too salty for my taste. Way too much onion at the bottom. My Dad said that the steak Shawarma was good but I didn't like it. I only finished the meal because I paid a good $13. Not coming back here. Period."
