"we came from florida to kc to see a few muses. looking for a barbarity restaurant that is from the country plaza where we were, we found ragazza. what a joy. from the moment when my wife walked with her walker, we felt part of a family. scott, took my wife to a table, chatting all the time and put her walker in a way out. that was important because the small tables a few meters apart and all in a line. scott was extremely polite, knowledgeable and friendly. he welcomed all his guests as well. he actually introduced the people next to us who have been regular for many years. this facilitated a wonderful conversation in the evening. this is a smaller neighboring restaurant operated by family! everything is made from scratch and absolutely delicious. my wife had a gluten-free meatball Pasta-Casserole and I had the ivory parmesan. one day we still talk about how great the experience was. we thought the prices were very fair and the service was very good. be not in a hurry. sit! talk! and enjoy! they will be happy!"
