"My jeep broke and I was stranded. I could go to this Hilton and take refuge. EVERY SINGLE Server I interacted with (I had to go back twice because of Triple A problems) was BEYOND AWESOME! KUDOS To Melissa and Cynthia and the manager Anthony Palacios! You really went out for me! For dinner. I ordered a 1/2 sandwich and salad. You have my request, the wedge salad with my 1/2 sandwich (the choice is usually house salad or caesar). The salad was DELICIOUS! Salad was SUPER sharp and fresh, like tomatoes. LOVED the salad, and the bacon crumbs were house made and perfect! I had the 1/2 French dip. It was sooooo good! Your Au Jus was great. The hotel staff at Checkinthek (which as you go to the hotel) was incredibly polite and helpful. Kudos to the people in this facility! The Hilton should be very proud of the people they employ in this hotel. I am grateful for their kindness, their generosity and their amazing service.
