"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ORDERED ON THE BIRD. WEBSITE FOR DELIVERY. DID NOT RECEIVE ALL MY ORDER. CALLED TO FIX THE ISSUE WAS TOLD NOT THERE DEAL. WENT TO PICK UP ORDER AFTER PAYING $30 DOLLARS FOR DELIVERY FEES, AND NON EMPLOYEES HANGING OUT WITH EMPLOYESS. WHEN I ASKED TO GET MY ORDER THEY SHOWED ME IT WAS IN THE PICK UP AREA. "This place was really good! The whole family loved it! Everything was fresh and delicious! The raspberry butter was very good with the cornpones! Their sauces were very good! We really enjoyed the chicken! The sides were very good and at the right temp for each, nice hot mac and chilled cole slaw! We will be ordering again!;"
