"There were a couple of large groups and they got all the attention of the servers. We were basically ignored. We sat for minutes before our order was taken. We got the boneless wings, between the of us, we tried different seasoned wings. They were rock hard and disgustingly salty. My tongue was burning from all the salt. It took so long to get someone’s attention that we just sent them back for a refund. This was the first time I ever left a restaurant to go eat at another"

"My husband and I were in the mood for wings so we stopped by after a meeting nearby. It was a weekday evening--Happy Hour actually--and it was fairly busy. I think they were a little short staffed; service was pretty slow but it was nice to have drinks at half price. They 're not on the menu but we asked if 'trashed ' wings were available so Kayla asked the chef and he agreed to make them. They were terrific, a 10. Thank you chef!"

"My wife ordered 3 chicken tenders, I ordered an all American Cheese Burger. My burger arrived 20 minutes after ordering, my wife's tenders took another 25 minutes. I watched a table of 3 that arrived and ordered before we did. One of their burgers arrived after mine did. 2 of the others did not arrive until after the first customer finished eating his. The wait staff cannot deliver faster than the kitchen prepares an order. The only reason I gave a 3 was because the food was very tasty. It is obvious to me that the kitchen is poorly organized and can only cook one order at a time. This was our second visit in one month. High marks to the waitresses but...?"

"It is a wing place that is understaffed, and the staff that is there works their butt to serve the masses. The beers are always cold and the wings are always hot. Just be patient and you get your drinks and food. Above all, they have a great attitude."

"Placed an order an order at 8:19pm to get picked up at 8:50 pm on Sunday night 10/15/2023. That was the earliest time that I could get an order. It is not busy at all but when I arrive at 8:57pm. The left side of the restaurant didn't even have a customer. I had to wait for another 26 min before I was able to get my food. I ordered a Pepsi 20oz bottle, 10 pieces buffalo wings and 3 little tacos. I don't think it would take 26 minutes after I arrived for the food to come out. I didn't receive my order until 9:23pm. Horrible service."

"Very poor on delivery of service. Arrived at 1:20p on a Saturday. Not crowded at all for a September weekend afternoon. Ordered straight from the menu....burger (simple and 6 wings (really simple . Burger arrived in 10 minutes, but the wings didn 't arrive until 2:05p. Then, the standard excuses arrived fresh ...... The kitchen is just slammed (remember the Not Crowded earlier. We serve those hot after they are dropped (40 minute cook time? Oh, we 're soooo sorry. (The Mgr offered to take the wings off the bill........but like the food delivery....that must be floating around out there...."

"I placed an order to go. The young man at the front was really busy. He was the only one up front so he was the host as well as the to go orders. He was very pleasant tried to accommodate everyone. As I waited two different families came in left while this young man was in the back collecting to-go orders. This was a Wednesday night about 7pm. He was amazing, especially considering the pressure he must have felt. He stayed calm, respectful, and pleasant! Kudos to him!!!"
