I am a regular customer (I LOVE their Bistro Beef Kabob Plates! ?, and so many other dishes that are just too darn good ? , and also a DeliverThat Delivery Driver for all Luna Grill Locations throughout the entire San Diego County Area. I had the pleasure of working with May on several pickups of their large order catering deliveries. She is always on point and on top of everything, always, 1000%. Orders are always on-time and ready to go. And on rare occasions that they are not, she would communicate honestly and straight-forward how much longer it would take and/or if there were any other issues. Every single pickup is smooth as butter when May is there. Everything is always nicely packaged and prepared. Nice and ready. May knows what she’s doing that’s for sure. May her Team gets the job done. Again, I deliver for all the Luna Grill Locations throughout the county, and I must say, May her Team (and of course how she manages the restaurant and her team members also to get the job done , knows what they’re doing. She leads by example by far as compared to the several other Luna Grill locations. May should be cloned! ?
