"I liked Bierstrasse for what it is casual atmosphere, good selection of beer, good comfort food, and great music. Our group went there because we heard the band was good and they didn't disappoint. The band was called Uptown Royalty NYC. I was a little unsure if there was going to be music, other than by word of mouth because their website was under construction. I called and left a message, but no one called me back. I thought they would since I had reservations for 6 people. When we got to Bierstrasse I asked the person who sat us if there'd be music and she said music was only on Sundays. It was Friday night. About 10 minutes later we saw the band set up. : Perhaps management wasn't the most organized that evening. Service was pretty slow and it wasn't packed. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a casual night out. The pretzel was great and so was the burger and Kielbasa."
