"I am on a journey to find the best cachapas in NYC and I didn’t expect to find the best cachapas of MY LIFE. 10/10 literally crying every second I’m not eating these cachapas. The dough is perfectly cooked and it has a good flavor and they do use Venezuelan cheese which some other places just use mozzarella. Their papelon con limon was mundial! The cocada was okay it was decent and the tres in uno was delish as well. Highly recommend getting cachapas here, best place in nyc so far out of the 6 restaurants and food trucks I’ve been to."
