"We stopped by this place for a good Pretzel snack but were very disappointed. First of all there 's No Customer Service at all. Second, there were only 2 employees working. And when the cashier told the other employee our order, that other employee turns around to look at us with a disgusted face as if saying, really, you 're gonna make me work more . And the cashier just laughs at her expression!! Last, the pretzels were over baked, black even. Not to mention that they told us 10 minutes and it still took 20."
