"I stayed from Pasta Pomodoro to Barnes Nobles. I didn't feel my finest (sortiment of the really only rolled out of bed-look and just wanted something light and not too expensive. I've read the reviews here and said, Heck, I'll try no matter what. I sat at the little bar. The decor is not too bad for a chain, modern and clean. The bathrooms left much to wish, they could really use a cleaning and a refreshing look wisely. I was immediately greeted and served quickly, I ordered a glass of wine and spaghetti arrabiata. It usually comes with sausages or meatballs, but I decided to take place for shrimp (sort of a Diavola style pasta. My Chianti was delicious and decent, the bread was ok, but the dip that comes with it is this delicious olive oil based pesto sauce. Now I hate Pesto, I really do, but this stuff was delicious. My pasta came to a decent time (I wasn't in a hurry and was really delicious, just as good as what I had about the country and in Europe, and I generally eat at quite high endpoints. I enjoyed my lunch and would come back here and maybe even be able to stop in Rockridge. I take Pasta Pomodoro, chain-wise, over olive garden, and frankly, for the price and quality of my food, and the service, I would rather eat here than some of the moderate Italian restaurants in Oakland. My only complaint next to the bathroom that needed help was that staff, while super friendly to me, were often hectic in the kitchen with the chefs with some mistakes and people really talk randomly as if they forget that I was there: But overall it was not bad. I had low expectations and my experience was really good."
