"Check your bill before you pay!!! They overload me about $16 on the pages order that should be included with the meal without additional fees. When I asked for a refund and he told me that I ordered 2 lbs of meal and secondary dishes separately. I didn't order meat, just rib tips meal. I didn't know how he got the idea I ordered the meat from lbs. I asked him to check with the cook to confirm my order. He refused to do it. Tell all the workers to shut up. Then he told me to leave the restaurant without solving the problem. He threatened to call me cops and there was camera in the store. I asked for the camera to see what I ordered and he ignored me. I said, please do this because I didn't do anything wrong and he was the faultmaker without customer services. Then I asked him about my receipts and he began to adjust the bill without telling me. When the police came, I told them what's going on, and I told him again that I didn't want the food and want the refund. He said no because I used the gift card. Then he closed the register and told me that he couldn't do anything if he refunded the $50 coupon value, only $8 credit card payment as his favor for me. Total B.S. for me. I will file a complaint to his corporate office and share with my enjoyable experience in social media?.all cook/employees are great and friendly, except this?so called? Manager. Unbelievable!"
