"We have had no issues. Do find it interesting how strict the location is, as there are various signs places telling customers not to touch things, etc. I overheard the worker telling another family they aren’t sampling because of the pandemic. I understand, but at the same time, the mask restrictions have changed, so unless they’re doing it just to save costs, or prevent the people who just like to sample so many that equals a free meal, I could see that being a problem. I’ve definitely tried some flavors that were not great, but we just throw it out. Witnessed another family ask for another one, but the could have been the type who eat half their ice cream before complaining. Who knows."
